We are a one-form entry Surrey primary school of 210 children. Our school was founded in 1783 for 12 children. In fact, our schoolhouse is the oldest school building in Surrey still being used as part of a modern school, but there have been many changes since our founding!
We aim to provide a caring, purposeful and inspiring environment in which all children can develop confidence, independence and an enthusiasm for lifelong learning. Our village setting, and smaller size means our children can all receive a high-quality education supported by a friendly, family feel. We have a motivated and committed team of teachers and support staff who work together to build on the school's strengths and bring out the best in every child. We aim to achieve high standards and outcomes by planning carefully for support, intervention and extension.
