Young Voices

On Monday 23rd February, 28 children from our Musical Theatre club had the amazing experience of singing at the O2 Arena, as part of the Young Voices choir. The choir was made up of over 8,000 children! The children have spent the last few months learning many songs and were excited to perform in such a prestigious venue. It was a long day and a very late night but definitely worth it - we can’t wait until next year!

East Grinstead Schools Swimming Gala

Skipping Workshop

On Wednesday, our whole school participated in a fantastic skipping workshop! It was wonderful to see our children embrace the challenge of learning new skills, demonstrating resilience and perseverance. At the end of the day, our school community come together, cheering for each other and celebrating achievements in a wonderful whole school show where everyone showcased their newfound skills and talents. We cannot wait to see you sharing and practising all the skills that you learnt on the playground at lunchtimes! Well done to everyone for making it such a fun filled-day!

Panathlon Challenge

Last Wednesday, Vinny, Michael, Ruby, Amy, Jasmine, Lewis and Freddie took part in a Panathlon challenge at East Surrey College. They participated in a round robin of activities including bowling, boccia and curling to earn points. They gave everything a go and did a great job supporting each other. Their amazing team effort meant that Felbridge came 3rd! Well done everyone!

The Royal Institution

On Monday, four of our Year 5 mathematicians went to The Royal Institution, in London. They had a fantastic day exploring, investigating, problem solving, collaborating, estimating and listening to inspirational speakers. All children behaved impeccably and were fantastic ambassadors for our school - fabulous!

Toucans Class - Fishbourne Roman Palace

Last Wednesday, Toucans had an amazing time at Fishbourne Roman Palace. They took part in a Roman Workshop as well as having time to explore the mosaics and grounds. Gemma, our leader, was very impressed with our Roman knowledge and we even asked her questions that she had to go and look up!

Grooveline Music Assembly
